Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and official holidays.

Can I track my shipment online?

Tracking is available for certain services. Please contact us for tracking support related to your shipment.

What is NVOCC, and how does it work?

NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) is a logistics service where we act as a carrier without owning ships. We consolidate cargo, manage documentation, and ensure seamless shipping between global ports.

Can I purchase or lease shipping containers from Vista?

Yes, container leasing or purchasing options are available through our partnerships.

What information do you need to give me a shipping quote?

Tell us the origin and destination (port or address), the container type or cargo volume, a short cargo description, the approximate weight and when the cargo will be ready. With that we can send rates and sailing options.

What documents do I need for customs clearance?

Most shipments need a commercial invoice, a packing list and a bill of lading. Depending on the goods and the country, you may also need a certificate of origin, importer registration and permits for regulated cargo. We confirm the exact list for your shipment before you ship.

Do you handle customs clearance in both Dubai and Karachi?

Yes. We handle import, export and transit customs clearance through our offices in Dubai and Karachi, usually together with your freight booking so the paperwork matches from start to finish.

Do you handle Afghan transit cargo?

Yes. We manage Afghanistan-bound cargo through Karachi, including the sea freight, transit customs documentation, bonded road transport and coordination at the border. Because transit rules and border operations can change, we confirm the current requirements for each shipment.

How long does shipping from Karachi to Dubai take?

It is a short sea route, but transit time depends on the carrier, the vessel's port rotation and the sailing you choose. We give you the sailing schedule and estimated arrival with every quote.

Do you ship refrigerated (reefer) containers?

Yes. We arrange reefer containers for temperature-controlled cargo such as food and perishables. Let us know the required temperature range when you request a quote.

What is the difference between a 20ft, 40ft and 40ft high cube container?

A 20ft container suits dense, heavy cargo; ours carry up to 28,400 kg with 33.2 m³ of space. A 40ft container has about twice the floor space. A 40ft high cube is about 30 cm taller than a standard 40ft, giving 76.4 m³ for light, bulky cargo.

Do you handle break bulk and project cargo?

Yes. We plan and ship break bulk and project cargo such as machinery and oversized equipment that will not fit in a standard container.

Which ports do you operate in?

We operate across 29 ports in the UAE, the Arabian Gulf, the Red Sea, the Indian subcontinent and East China, including Dubai, Karachi, Jeddah, Mundra, Nhava Sheva, Colombo, Shanghai, Ningbo and Qingdao.

Can you arrange door-to-door delivery?

Yes. We can collect from your supplier, handle export and import clearance, and deliver to your warehouse or site at destination.
